What we hold about students

Name, email, phone if given, school, grade and ZIP code only — we never ask for or store a student's home address. The ZIP is used to work out which nursing homes are closest.

Parents and guardians

We store a guardian's name, email, phone and their permission decision with its date. Students under 18 cannot book a visit until permission is given.

Who sees what

A nursing home sees the students booked to visit it: name, grade, school, and guardian contact details in case they need to reach someone. Homes cannot see students booked elsewhere. We never sell or share data with anyone else.

Screening records

Where a nursing home requires orientation or a health check, we record only whether a student is cleared or pending. We do not hold medical documents.

Deleting your account

Email hello@kids4care.org from your account address, or a guardian may ask on a student's behalf. We remove personal details and keep only an anonymous count of hours served.
